This is how I am able to take care of myself: 1. I am aware when I feel stressed, tired, short tempered, etc. 2. I draw 3. I paint with my new favorite medium, watercolors 4. I journal 5. I take a walk 6. I listen to Podcasts 7. I clean and rearrange furniture 8. I sometimes bake 9. I talk with friends 10. I listen to music
