Ones mental health is as important as a healthy body. Yet, many find it a challenge to address their mental health or learn how you can improve upon it. Better yet, so many of us don't consider our own well and for me, a mindset as being mental health.
Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
I am not qualified to suggest any type of treatment for anxiety, stress, depression, etc. But, what I do know for myself is that by keeping a positive mindset helps me to keep my mind focused, set on a goal and brings me peace through out the day.
What do I do:
I love to write, paint and draw.
I love talking with my family and friends.
I love working on ways that I can add value to the world with my characters and their important messages.
I have learned to love to work in a journal.
I love playing games with my family, it's a whole new level when they're adults!
I love to bake and sometimes cook, although, I'm not good at it!
I love walking in nature, although I don't do it often enough.
I love to garden, but not the weeds or bugs.
Think of things that bring you great joy, things that make your heart dance! When you're in a good frame of mind, it shows, your conversations are much livelier, those around you notice a difference and you should also notice a difference in your over all well being.
