Gratitude Day #7
I am grateful for a sense of humor. Laughter is the BEST medicine! When was the last time you laughed, I mean really laughed, like a belly laugh? It doesn't happen every day, but, when it does, it gets your heart happy!
Did you know that laughter boosts your immune system? It does! Laughter has been proven to aid in the release of natural feel good chemicals in our body that aids in fighting disease and reduce stress.

Consider asking your children or spouse to tell a joke today, we know you could use a good laugh!

So, back to being grateful during the month of November, I encourage you to write down one thing every day that you are grateful for. This will refresh your memory, this will give you a positive mindset, this will build healthy habits and remind you that there is so much to be grateful for.
P.S. I sincerely hope that you take time to write down at least one thing that you are grateful for each day this month, and, that you notice the impact it has on your mindset. Stay tuned for future posts as I will share some ways to involve your children in these simple tasks, too!
