As the month of November continues to unfold, bringing a new day, a new start, a new journey, have you found the comfort in starting each new day in gratitude? In such a busy world, I find it comforting to know, that TODAY, I can try harder than yesterday, that TODAY I will do what needs to be done and that TODAY, I am where I am supposed to be. I CHOOSE to start my day in gratitude and appreciate the beauty that surrounds me. The sounds that I hear. The people that I meet and the chance to do TODAY what I feel matters the most. I am grateful in my own character for it has allowed me to make good choices, to learn, to grow and to be grateful for all that I am. So, for TODAY, I will do my best AND that is what matters most to me.
So, back to being grateful during the month of November, I encourage you to write down one thing every day that you are grateful for. This will refresh your memory, this will give you a positive mindset, this will build healthy habits and remind you that there is so much to be grateful for.
