Gratitude for today is knowing I have good character! Knowing I am constantly working on improving who I AM. Daily, I am aware of the choices I make, I try to make good choices in all I say and do. This brings me gratitude. I'm a firm believer that when one is grateful for the little things, they turn into big things, helps bring awareness of so much, they grow in all areas of our senses. They grow in sight, they grow in hearing the gratefulness, they grow in feelings and they grow in taste. When you are grateful, there is not a bad taste in your mouth!
I am grateful for nine character traits:
1. Good behavior and Behavior Bear
2. Perseverance and Do'er Duck
3. Good Friendships like Friendship Frog
4. Healthy habits like Healthy Hippo
5. Good manners like Manners Monkey
6, Being respectful and respected like Respectful Rabbit
7. Being responsible like Responsible Rabbit
8. Having self-esteem and confidence like Self-Esteem Elephant
9. Being kind like Warm-Hearted Walrus
I AM Grateful that I get to share these with YOU!
So, back to being grateful during the month of November, I encourage you to write down one thing every day that you are grateful for. This will refresh your memory, this will give you a positive mindset, this will build healthy habits and remind you that there is so much to be grateful for.
P.S. I sincerely hope that you take time to write down at least one thing that you are grateful for each day this month, and, that you notice the impact it has on your mindset. Stay tuned for future posts as I will share some ways to involve your children in these simple tasks, too!
