My son Jake attends Lake Barrington Academy of Stars and loves the "Characters of Character". Friendship Frog is going to be visiting his school very soon. Ever since he heard this he has woken up every morning asking me if it's the day he is coming! I think that it's so great that he is excited to meet Friendship Frog! These characters are a great way for the kids to be introduced to a positive character. They are brought up in many conversations at my home with my son. Character is something that is, I feel, left out of curriculums and to me the building block for an individual person in every aspect of their life/future. I'm very glad that my son has the opportunity to experience this additional learning at Lake Barrington Academy of Stars!

WOW! your little charactersf have come a long way! Congratulations! I think it is fabulous and I really do think you are a Social Worker at heart. I think any children that are lucky enough to have you in their lives in some way, shape, or form are luck and will be happier children because of it.

"Characters of Character" provides tools and a means to develop good character starting as early as preschool. The teachers, the kids and all the parents at Lake Barrington Academy of Stars love what Joni has started. It is truly a worthwhile program.
